About Us

Our mission is to provide leadership and strategic direction in the design, creation and deployment of technical solutions to address cross-functional business problems for the University's research enterprise.

We are a full-service IT team with deep business knowledge of all Office for Research units. Security, help desk, networking, server, development, workflow and project management support are available to all Office for Research staff. In alignment with NUIT, we help our clients achieve efficiency by wrapping secure integration, workflow and satellite applications around commercial off the shelf systems.

We minimize overhead by working directly with clients to handle upgrades and enhancements without review and scoring committees. This frees resources for transformative projects in partnership with NUIT.
